  1. Bahan2 lapisan pulut.
  2. Lapisan pulut : cuci & rendam pulut selama semalaman atau minimum 2 jam. Kemudian toskan.
  3. Masukan pulut kedlm loyang kukus (yg berlubang2) beralas daun pandan, kukus selama 15min. Pindahkan pulut kebekas lain & masukkan santan yg dicampur garam. Gaul rata. Biarkan 5min hingga santan meresap kedlm pulut. Kukus lagi selama 15min.
  4. Angkat loyang dan pindahkan pulut kedlm loyang 7x7, gemburkan pulut dgn menggunakan chopstick atau garfu. Renjiskan diatas pulut dgn air bunga telang..
  5. Tekan dgn menggunakan penekan kek hingga pulut mampat (boleh juga tekan guna daun pisang). Cucuk2 sedikit permukaan pulut dgn garfu supaya lapisan kastad elok melekat dipulut nanti. Ketepikan.
  6. Bahan2 lapisan kastad.
  7. Lapisan kastad : didalam periuk yg sesuai pukul sedikit 2 biji telur.
  8. Masukkan santan, air & gula. Pukul dgn whisker hingga gula larut dlm adunan Masukkn pewarna kuning, tepung gandum & tepung kastad sedikit demi sedikit hingga adunan sebati.
  9. Panaskan adunan kastad ini sekadar berwap sahaja. Jika adunan nampak cair tambah lagi tepung gandum jika perlu. Tuang & tapis adunan kastad keatas lapisan pulut.
  10. Kukus selama 30-45min hingga masak dgn api sederhana kecil. Alas penutup kukus supaya air tidak menitik keatas kuih. 10min terakhir alihkan penutup supaya permukaan serimuka elok kering. Hepi meneraiiii 😉.
